Drumroll provides an e-commerce platform for household essentials with pickup service in Ibadan, Nigeria. You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payment must be completed before order preparation begins.
5. Pickup Policy
Orders must be picked up at the designated Drumroll Store within 24 hours of the Ready for Pickup notification. Uncollected orders may be subject to cancellation.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 24 hours for missing or damaged items. Contact our support team via WhatsApp for refund requests.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
Drumroll reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
